Three Courses to Choose From
5K – The 5K course will start on Timber Road and head east where it picks up the path connecting Timber Road to the Rails to Trails. Once on the Rails to Trails, the runners and walkers turn left and head towards Colebrook. At the 1.55-mile mark, the runners and walkers will turn around and head back to Timber Road where they will make a right turn on Valley Drive and take that back to the start line.
5 Mile – As with the 5K, the runners and walkers will take the same path and once on the Rails to Trails ,head towards Colebrook. Right near the Colebrook Trail Head, the runners and walkers will see the 5 mile turnaround sign. They will turn around and come back on the trail, and turn right onto the path connected to Timber Road. They will make a right onto Valley Drive and follow that to the start line.
10 Mile – As with the other two distances, the runners and walkers will get on the trail and head towards Colebrook. They will go through the Trail Head in Colebrook and continue on the trail into Lawn. They will enter the Lawn Community Park area and cross Lawn Road. They will continue until they see the 10 mile turn around sign. They will turn around and come back the same way they came. They will once again run through the Colebrook Trail head parking lot and make a right on the path that leads back to Timber Road. They will make a right only Valley Drive and take that back to the start line.
